V t\u011bchto mez\u00edch je nutno<br>se orientovat \u2013 a o tom p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm bude tato s\u00e9rie p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f. Ani zdaleka ale<br>nen\u00ed c\u00edlem vy\u010derpat v\u0161echny aspekty souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s v\u00fd\u017eivou a krmen\u00edm kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f.<br>Kr\u00e1l\u00edk dom\u00e1c\u00ed je druhem nesm\u00edrn\u011b tv\u00e1rn\u00fdm, do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry variabiln\u00edm,<br>prosperuj\u00edc\u00edm v r\u016fzn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, v nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch chovatelsk\u00fdch syst\u00e9mech,<br>v r\u016fzn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch v\u00fd\u017eivy a krmen\u00ed.<br>Plat\u00ed to i pro na\u0161e chovy kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f, ka\u017ed\u00fd chov je do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry unik\u00e1tn\u00ed<br>osobnost\u00ed chovatele (jeho zku\u0161enosti a znalosti), zdroji krmiva (p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed<br>podm\u00ednky), rozd\u00edln\u00fdmi \u010dasov\u00fdmi i ekonomick\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami pro jeho z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed<br>krmiva, ale i jeho pou\u017eit\u00edm u r\u016fzn\u00fdch plemen kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f, v r\u016fzn\u00e9m v\u011bku, jin\u00e9<br>intenzit\u011b produkce nebo \u0161lecht\u011bn\u00ed, v r\u016fzn\u00fdch obdob\u00edch roku.<br>Zku\u0161enosti chovatel\u016f s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi krmivy, sestaven\u00edm krmn\u00fdch d\u00e1vek a vyu\u017eit\u00ed<br>p\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00e9 krmn\u00e9 technice nebo zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a o\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed krmiv za nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch<br>situac\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt naprosto unik\u00e1tn\u00ed. Jist\u011b najdeme vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed postupy a n\u00e1pady<br>vedouc\u00ed k optim\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm, z nich\u017e mnoh\u00e9 ji\u017e byly publikov\u00e1ny i na<br>t\u011bchto str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch. Nav\u00edc je mo\u017eno pokusit se o aplikaci a vyu\u017eit\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed<br>intenzivn\u00edch produk\u010dn\u00edch chov\u016f i poznatk\u016f publikovan\u00fdch ve studi\u00edch<br>v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch pracovi\u0161\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>V\u00fd\u017eivu a krmen\u00ed kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f (to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b plat\u00ed o v\u0161ech druz\u00edch zv\u00ed\u0159at) je nutno<br>pova\u017eovat za naprosto z\u00e1sadn\u00ed oblast ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed prosperitu chovu od po\u010d\u00e1tku do<br>konce. Kr\u00e1l\u00edk je z tohoto pohledu mezi b\u011b\u017en\u011b chovan\u00fdmi dom\u00e1c\u00edmi zv\u00ed\u0159aty<br>origin\u00e1ln\u00ed anatomick\u00fdmi a fyziologick\u00fdmi adaptacemi. Je nutno si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee<br>se tyto vlastnosti vyv\u00edjej\u00ed a fixuj\u00ed u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho druhu po miliony let<br>v\u00fdvoje. Bylo by chybou domn\u00edvat se, \u017ee za 2 nebo 3 tis\u00edc let domestikace kr\u00e1l\u00edka<br>evropsk\u00e9ho jako druhu nebo 50 a\u017e 100 let intenzivn\u00edch chov\u016f dom\u00e1c\u00edho kr\u00e1l\u00edka<br>v podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch jak je zn\u00e1me v sou\u010dasnosti, je mo\u017eno zm\u011bnit anatomii a fyziologii<br>zv\u00ed\u0159ete.<br>Tyto z\u00e1kladn\u00ed hranice anatomie a fyziologie je nutno poznat, respektovat je a<br>podle nich p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat nebo vytv\u00e1\u0159et chovatelsk\u00e9 postupy. Opa\u010dn\u00fd postup,<br>kdy se \u010dlov\u011bk domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee je v\u0161emocn\u00fd a \u201ep\u0159\u00edrodu\u201c nerespektuje, mohou v\u00e9st<br>pouze k ne\u00fasp\u011bchu hrani\u010d\u00edc\u00edho \u010dasto s t\u00fdr\u00e1n\u00edm zv\u00ed\u0159at.<br>Probl\u00e9mem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ov\u0161em i to, \u017ee ne v\u0161e je v r\u00e1mci v\u011bdeck\u00e9ho pozn\u00e1n\u00ed<br>odhaleno, n\u011bkdy mus\u00edme spol\u00e9hat na selsk\u00fd rozum a praktick\u00e9 chovatelsk\u00e9<br>zku\u0161enosti, kr\u00e1l\u00edk p\u0159eci jen nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b ve st\u0159edu v\u011bdeck\u00e9ho b\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>N\u011bkolik z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pozn\u00e1mek k anatomii a fyziologii tr\u00e1ven\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edho kr\u00e1l\u00edka.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Tis\u00edce a miliony let v\u00fdvoje formovaly kr\u00e1l\u00edka evropsk\u00e9ho podm\u00ednky such\u00fdch<br>tepl\u00fdch biotop\u016f s charakteristick\u00fdm rostlinstvem jako zdrojem potravy.<br>2<br>Domestika\u010dn\u00edm centrem bylo st\u0159edomo\u0159\u00ed a jihoz\u00e1padn\u00ed Evropa, zejm\u00e9na<br>Pyrenejsk\u00fd poloostrov. Po v\u011bt\u0161inu roku skromn\u00e9, such\u00e9 a tvrd\u00e9 rostliny oblast\u00ed<br>p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro adaptaci kr\u00e1l\u00edka k z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivin<br>nezbytn\u00fdch pro \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed anatomicko-fyziologick\u00e9 adaptace evropsk\u00e9ho kr\u00e1l\u00edka souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s v\u00fd\u017eivou a tr\u00e1vic\u00edm \u00fastroj\u00edm:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>a)<\/strong> <strong>p\u0159\u00edjem zna\u010dn\u00e9ho objemu rostlinn\u00e9 potravy, trav a bylin za pou\u017eit\u00ed<br>ostr\u00fdch, automaticky se ost\u0159\u00edc\u00edch a neust\u00e1le dor\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00edch hlod\u00e1k\u016f.<\/strong><br>Stavba (pod\u00edl skloviny) a vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 postaven\u00ed zub\u016f v horn\u00ed a doln\u00ed \u010delisti<br>umo\u017e\u0148uje permanentn\u00ed obru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed a ost\u0159en\u00ed hlod\u00e1k\u016f bez ohledu na<br>slo\u017een\u00ed nebo tvrdost krmiva rozd\u00edlnou v r\u016fzn\u00fdch vegeta\u010dn\u00edch obdob\u00edch.<br>D\u0159\u00edve \u010dasto opisovan\u00e1 z\u00e1vislost obru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed hlod\u00e1k\u016f tvrd\u00fdm krmivem byla<br>vyvr\u00e1cena, stejn\u011b jako nutnost a \u00fa\u010delnost um\u011bl\u00e9ho zkracov\u00e1n\u00ed<br>p\u0159er\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00edch hlod\u00e1k\u016f ve velkochovech nebo p\u0159i nedostatku ohryzu.<br><strong>b)<\/strong> <strong>Produkce (vyp\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed) zna\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed mikroorganism\u016f<br>(bakteri\u00ed) s v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm obsahem b\u00edlkovin a vitam\u00edn\u016f skupiny B a<br>vitam\u00ednu K<\/strong> (je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee i dal\u0161\u00edch dosud neidentifikovan\u00fdch specificky<br>\u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek) ve vlastn\u00edm objemn\u00e9m slep\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b na substr\u00e1tu z krmiv<br>s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem \u017eivin.<br><strong>c)<\/strong> <strong>Z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto vyprodukovan\u00fdch \u017eivin p\u0159\u00edjmem tzv. m\u011bkk\u00fdch bobk\u016f &#8211;<br>c\u00e9kotrofi\u00ed<\/strong>, co\u017e je umo\u017en\u011bno dvoj\u00ed \u010dinnost\u00ed tra\u010dn\u00edku, kter\u00fd odd\u011bl\u00ed<br>fermentovan\u00fd obsah slep\u00e9ho st\u0159eva s vysok\u00fdm obsahem \u017eivin od<br>balastn\u00edho obsahu s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm obsahem vl\u00e1kniny a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed dvoj\u00ed trus \u2013<br>m\u011bkk\u00e9 a tvrd\u00e9 bobky. M\u011bkk\u00e9 bobky kr\u00e1l\u00edk od kone\u010dn\u00edku p\u0159\u00edmo odeb\u00edr\u00e1,<br>po\u017e\u00edr\u00e1 a zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 v \u017ealudku a tenk\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b, \u010d\u00edm\u017e pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 pot\u0159ebu<br>jmenovan\u00fdch vitam\u00edn\u016f pln\u011b nebo z v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti a pot\u0159ebu b\u00edlkovin<br>z cca 20%. Zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed je, \u017ee v\u0161echny odborn\u00e9 zdroje uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee m\u011bkk\u00e9<br>bobky jsou vylu\u010dov\u00e1ny siln\u011b pokryt\u00e9 hlenem \u2013 za n\u011bkolik desetilet\u00ed<br>chovatelsk\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed jsem v\u0161ak tento hlen nikdy nevid\u011bl.<br>(Problematiku c\u00e9kotrofie kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f by bylo vhodn\u00e9 podrobn\u011b osv\u011btlit \u2013<br>pokus\u00edme se o to v n\u011bkter\u00e9 z p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch \u010d\u00edsel v samostatn\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku).<br><strong>d) Zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed vl\u00e1kniny<\/strong> (tak jako u jin\u00fdch b\u00fdlo\u017eravc\u016f)<br>p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed efekt v podob\u011b t\u011bkav\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch kyselin d\u00e1le zpracov\u00e1van\u00fdch<br>metabolismem organismu na energii nutnou pro \u017eivotn\u00ed funkce.<br><strong>e)<\/strong> V\u00fdznamnou adaptac\u00ed je mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd rozvoj <strong>imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu kr\u00e1l\u00edka<br>ve specializovan\u00fdch struktur\u00e1ch um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdch ve st\u011bn\u011b st\u0159ev<\/strong> (apendix<br>caeci, sacculus rotundus, peyerovy plaky), kter\u00e9 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 50%<br>ve\u0161ker\u00fdch obrann\u00fdch (imunitn\u00edch) kapacit organismu kr\u00e1l\u00edka, zaji\u0161tuj\u00edc\u00edch<br>obrann\u00e9 reakce proti pr\u016fniku \u0161kodliv\u00fdch mikroorganism\u016f do t\u011bla p\u0159es<br>st\u0159evn\u00ed bari\u00e9ry. To samoz\u0159ejm\u011b d\u00e1le zvy\u0161uje v\u00fdznam tr\u00e1vic\u00edho \u00fastroj\u00ed,<br>jeho souvisej\u00edc\u00edch struktur a funkc\u00ed v organismu kr\u00e1l\u00edka.<br><br><strong>Z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch bod\u016f v\u00edce ne\u017e jasn\u011b vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee tr\u00e1vic\u00ed syst\u00e9m a cel\u00fd<br>metabolismus organismu je adaptov\u00e1n na p\u0159\u00edjem krmiva s vysok\u00fdm<br>obsahem vl\u00e1kniny a naopak n\u00edzkou koncentrac\u00ed b\u00edlkovin<\/strong>, energie a n\u011bkter\u00fdch<br>dal\u0161\u00edch \u017eivin, co\u017e je podstatou skromnosti kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f v minulosti tradovan\u00e9.<br>Na krmiva s vysokou hladinou vl\u00e1kniny a n\u00edzkou koncentrac\u00ed \u017eivin (b\u00edlkoviny,<br>\u0161krob, energie) jsou adaptov\u00e1ny mechanismy nervov\u00e9ho a hormon\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<br>p\u0159\u00edjmu krmiva, pohyblivosti st\u011bn tr\u00e1vic\u00edho \u00fastroj\u00ed, vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed tr\u00e1vic\u00edch \u0161\u0165\u00e1v a<br>hormon\u016f \u017el\u00e1zami ve st\u011bn\u011b st\u0159ev, \u017ealudku stejn\u011b jako pankreasu a jater, \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<br>proces\u016f regulace pohyb\u016f st\u0159ev, \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed metabolick\u00fdch proces\u016f, detoxikace<br>zplodin v\u00fdm\u011bny l\u00e1tkov\u00e9 (nap\u0159. \u010dpavek) ale i na to v\u0161e navazuj\u00edc\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed<br>vylu\u010dovac\u00edch schopnost\u00ed ledvin.<br>Zcela z\u00e1sadn\u00ed postaven\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f zauj\u00edm\u00e1 vl\u00e1knina. Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed<br>n\u011bkolika des\u00edtkami let sta\u010dilo k popisu v\u00fdznamu a fungov\u00e1n\u00ed vl\u00e1kniny v tr\u00e1ven\u00ed<br>u kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f n\u011bkolik stru\u010dn\u00fdch \u0159\u00e1dk\u016f. V sou\u010dasnosti je k dispozici velk\u00e1 \u0159ada studi\u00ed<br>zkoumaj\u00edc\u00edch \u00falohu vl\u00e1kniny a jejich r\u016fzn\u00fdch slo\u017eek v tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, produk\u010dn\u00ed<br>v\u00fdkonnosti i dopadech na zdravotn\u00ed stav r\u016fzn\u00fdch kategori\u00ed kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f, zejm\u00e9na<br>v\u0161ak u rostouc\u00edch kr\u00e1l\u00ed\u010dat a kr\u00e1lic v reprodukci a obdob\u00ed kojen\u00ed.<br>V\u00fdznam vl\u00e1kniny v tr\u00e1ven\u00ed kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f m\u00e1 n\u011bkolik aspekt\u016f vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch z v\u00fd\u0161e<br>popsan\u00fdch adaptac\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed slo\u017eky vl\u00e1kniny nap\u0159. celul\u00f3za a lignin vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00ed<br>strukturu obsahu st\u0159ev, dr\u00e1\u017ed\u00ed nervov\u00e9 pleten\u011b ve st\u011bn\u011b, \u010d\u00edm\u017e je udr\u017eov\u00e1na<br>pohyblivost a sekre\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnost \u017el\u00e1z a \u017el\u00e1zek tr\u00e1vic\u00edho apar\u00e1tu,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vl\u00e1knina je substr\u00e1tem pro r\u016fst bakteri\u00ed tr\u00e1vic\u00edho apar\u00e1tu,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>straviteln\u00e1 vl\u00e1knina je zdrojem energie, nahrazuje \u0161krob (jeho p\u0159ebytek<br>m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt negativn\u00ed vliv na tr\u00e1ven\u00ed v tlust\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b u ml\u00e1\u010fat),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dostatek vl\u00e1kniny a z n\u00ed fermentac\u00ed vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch t\u011bkav\u00fdch mastn\u00fdch<br>kyselin, krom\u011b dopadu na energetick\u00fd metabolismus v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje<br>pH, t\u00edm optimalizuje prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro tr\u00e1ven\u00ed ve st\u0159evech a m\u00e1 vliv na<br>potla\u010den\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch a\u017e patogenn\u00edch bakteri\u00ed.<br>V\u00fdznamn\u00e1 je tedy pro kr\u00e1l\u00edka jak straviteln\u00e1 vl\u00e1knina (pektin a hemicelul\u00f3zy)<br>obsa\u017een\u00e1 v rostlinn\u00fdch krmivech \u2013 okopaniny, cukrovkov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzky, jable\u010dn\u00e9<br>v\u00fdlisky nebo otruby, tak struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed nestaviteln\u00e1 vl\u00e1knina. Zejm\u00e9na lignin m\u00e1<br>z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed dopad na zdravotn\u00ed stav, r\u016fst a celkovou u\u017eitkovost.<br>V\u00fdznamn\u00e9 jsou i pom\u011bry mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi slo\u017ekami vl\u00e1kniny i pom\u011bry<br>k dal\u0161\u00edm \u017eivin\u00e1m. V praxi na\u0161ich chov\u016f v\u0161ak tyto poznatky publikovan\u00e9 v \u0159ad\u011b<br>studi\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bji vyu\u017eijeme. Obecn\u011b kr\u00e1l\u00edk pot\u0159ebuje v krmn\u00e9 d\u00e1vce kolem 18 a\u017e<br>20% vl\u00e1kniny, to plat\u00ed zejm\u00e9na pro na\u0161e z\u00e1jmov\u00e9 chovy (v intenzivn\u00edch chovech<br>byla doporu\u010den\u00ed na 10 \u2013 14% vl\u00e1kniny u vykrmovan\u00fdch kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f).<br>Nejpodstatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho chovatele kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f je poznatek, \u017ee hrub\u0161\u00ed seno za<br>star\u0161\u00edch r\u016fznorod\u00fdch porost\u016f p\u00edcnin, sl\u00e1ma obilovin nebo v\u011btvi\u010dky<br>ovocn\u00fdch strom\u016f jsou nezbytn\u00fdm zdrojem vl\u00e1kniny a zejm\u00e9na ligninu.<br><br>Jejich pou\u017eit\u00edm m\u016f\u017eeme dos\u00e1hnout optimalizace krmn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky a v\u00fdznamn\u011b<br>p\u0159edch\u00e1zet tr\u00e1vic\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm zejm\u00e9na u ml\u00e1\u010fat, nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i zkrmov\u00e1n\u00ed<br>krmn\u00fdch sm\u011bs\u00ed nebo obilovin. Vhodn\u00e1 kombinace r\u016fzn\u00fdch krmiv na podklad\u011b<br>t\u011bchto poznatk\u016f a zku\u0161enost\u00ed je pak ji\u017e v\u011bc\u00ed praxe a p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed bezpo\u010det mo\u017enost\u00ed.<br>V\u00fdvoj zaznamenalo i d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed krmiv a stanoven\u00ed pot\u0159eby \u017eivin. D\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<br>prakticky univerz\u00e1ln\u011b uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 doporu\u010den\u00ed ad libitn\u00edho (neomezen\u00e9ho) p\u0159\u00edjmu<br>krmiv bylo nahrazeno p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00edm pro jednotliv\u00e1 obdob\u00ed \u017eivota a<br>produkce kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f.
